1. Aceptación

Al usar el sitio gcl-mexico.com y su portal de clientes, usted acepta estos términos y condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo con ellos, le pedimos no utilizar el sitio.

2. Quiénes somos

GCM Global Certification Mexico («GCM Global») es la oficina OSP en México de GCL International Ltd, organismo de certificación con sede en Londres, Reino Unido. GCM Global atiende directamente la certificación de sistemas de gestión ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001; los demás esquemas que aparecen en el sitio se ofrecen a través de GCL International. 3. Uso del sitio

El contenido del sitio es informativo. Usted se compromete a usarlo de forma lícita y a no intentar acceder sin autorización a sus sistemas, interferir con su funcionamiento ni utilizarlo para enviar información falsa o maliciosa.

La información sobre normas y esquemas es de carácter general y no constituye asesoría ni consultoría para implementar un sistema de gestión.

4. Cotizaciones y servicios de certificación

• Las solicitudes de cotización enviadas por el sitio no generan obligación para ninguna de las partes. Toda cotización es válida solo por escrito y por el plazo que en ella se indique.
• Los servicios de certificación se rigen por el contrato de certificación y por las reglas de certificación de GCL International vigentes, que prevalecen sobre estos términos en caso de diferencia.
• La organización cliente se compromete, entre otras obligaciones, a proporcionar información veraz y completa, a dar acceso a sus instalaciones, registros y personal, a notificar cambios que puedan afectar su certificación y a usar el certificado y las marcas de certificación únicamente conforme a las reglas aplicables.
• La certificación puede ser suspendida, reducida o retirada en los casos previstos por las reglas de certificación, por ejemplo, si no se realizan las auditorías de vigilancia, si no se atienden las no conformidades en el plazo establecido o si se hace un uso indebido del certificado.

5. Portal de clientes

• El acceso es exclusivo para organizaciones certificadas o en proceso de certificación con GCM Global y para el personal que estas o GCM Global autoricen. Las cuentas son personales e intransferibles.
• Cada usuario es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de su contraseña y de las acciones realizadas con su cuenta. Si sospecha un uso no autorizado, cambie su contraseña y avísenos de inmediato a contacto@gcl-mexico.com.
• La organización es responsable de que la información y las evidencias que suba sean verídicas y de contar con autorización para compartirlas, incluidos los datos personales que contengan.
• No está permitido subir archivos con código malicioso, contenido ilícito o información ajena a la certificación. GCM Global puede suspender el acceso en caso de uso indebido.
• Los reportes de auditoría y demás documentos publicados en el portal son confidenciales y para uso exclusivo de la organización.

6. Validez de los certificados

La validez de un certificado emitido por GCL International puede verificarse en la sección «Consulta de certificados» del sitio o escribiendo a contacto@gcl-mexico.com. Solo la información del registro oficial de GCL International es válida para confirmar el estado de un certificado.

7. Propiedad intelectual

Los textos, diseños, logotipos y demás contenidos del sitio pertenecen a GCM Global, a GCL International o a sus respectivos titulares. Las marcas de certificación y de acreditación (incluida la de UKAS) solo pueden usarse por organizaciones certificadas y conforme a las reglas correspondientes. Las imágenes y videos de terceros se utilizan conforme a sus licencias.

8. Enlaces a otros sitios

El sitio incluye enlaces a páginas de terceros (por ejemplo, ISO, UKAS, IAF o GCL International). GCM Global no es responsable del contenido ni de las prácticas de privacidad de esos sitios.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

Procuramos que la información del sitio sea correcta y esté actualizada, pero no garantizamos que esté libre de errores ni que el sitio funcione sin interrupciones. GCM Global no será responsable de daños derivados del uso del sitio o de la imposibilidad de usarlo, salvo en los casos que la ley no permita excluir. La responsabilidad derivada de los servicios de certificación se rige por el contrato correspondiente.

10. Quejas y apelaciones

Las quejas sobre nuestros servicios y las apelaciones contra decisiones de certificación pueden enviarse a contacto@gcl-mexico.com. Se atienden conforme al procedimiento de quejas y apelaciones de GCL International, de manera confidencial e imparcial y por personal que no haya participado en el asunto.

El tratamiento de datos personales se rige por nuestro aviso de privacidad.

12. Cambios a estos términos

Podemos actualizar estos términos en cualquier momento. La versión vigente es la publicada en este sitio, con su fecha de última actualización.

13. Legislación y jurisdicción

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Para cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los tribunales competentes de Hermosillo, Sonora, renunciando a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles por razón de su domicilio presente o futuro.

2. Who we are

GCM Global Certification Mexico ("GCM Global") is the OSP office in Mexico of GCL International Ltd, a certification body headquartered in London, United Kingdom. 3. Use of the website

The content of the website is for information purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt unauthorized access to its systems, interfere with its operation or use it to send false or malicious information.

Information about standards and schemes is general in nature and does not constitute advice or consultancy for implementing a management system.

4. Quotations and certification services

• Quotation requests sent through the website do not create obligations for either party. Quotations are valid only in writing and for the period stated in them.
• Certification services are governed by the certification agreement and by GCL International's current certification rules, which prevail over these terms in case of difference.
• The client organization undertakes, among other obligations, to provide true and complete information, to give access to its facilities, records and personnel, to notify changes that may affect its certification and to use the certificate and certification marks only in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Certification may be suspended, reduced or withdrawn in the cases set out in the certification rules, for example if surveillance audits are not carried out, if nonconformities are not addressed within the established time limit or if the certificate is misused.

5. Client portal

• Access is exclusive to organizations certified or in the process of certification with GCM Global and to the personnel they or GCM Global authorize. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• Each user is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for the actions carried out with their account. If you suspect unauthorized use, change your password and notify us immediately at contacto@gcl-mexico.com.
• The organization is responsible for ensuring that the information and evidence it uploads are truthful and that it is authorized to share them, including any personal data they contain.
• Uploading files with malicious code, unlawful content or information unrelated to certification is not allowed. GCM Global may suspend access in case of misuse.
• Audit reports and other documents published on the portal are confidential and for the exclusive use of the organization.

6. Validity of certificates

The validity of a certificate issued by GCL International can be verified in the "Certificate check" section of the website or by writing to contacto@gcl-mexico.com. Only the information in GCL International's official register is valid to confirm the status of a certificate.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, designs, logos and other contents of the website belong to GCM Global, GCL International or their respective owners. Certification and accreditation marks (including the UKAS mark) may only be used by certified organizations and in accordance with the corresponding rules. Third-party images and videos are used under their licenses.

8. Links to other websites

The website includes links to third-party pages (for example ISO, UKAS, IAF or GCL International). GCM Global is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

9. Limitation of liability

We strive to keep the information on the website correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or that the website will operate without interruption. GCM Global shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, except where the law does not allow such exclusion. Liability arising from certification services is governed by the corresponding agreement.

10. Complaints and appeals

Complaints about our services and appeals against certification decisions can be sent to contacto@gcl-mexico.com. They are handled under GCL International's complaints and appeals procedure, confidentially and impartially, by personnel not involved in the matter.

11. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy notice.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this website, with its date of last update.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Hermosillo, Sonora, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
